Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure operations are carried out to Diageo health and safety, environmental, and food safety standards at all times.
  • •Reduce and eliminate waste by being aware of loss within the area and actively working to minimize it.
  • •Deliver effective shift handovers and operate packaging machine processes following defined standard operating procedures.
  • •Perform autonomous maintenance tasks such as clean, inspect, and lubricate, and respond to issues that arise.
  • •Work closely with the team leader and production improvement leader to drive performance and improvement initiatives on your line.
