Key Responsibilities

  • •Issue, reissue, and refund passenger tickets; book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations.
  • •Rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations; perform check-in and seat assignment and handle upgrades.
  • •Process vouchers and coordinate passenger hotel, meals, and transportation arrangements; deliver flight documents and manage boarding and close-out procedures.
  • •Operate gate reader/scanner and jetways/bridges; make boarding and departure announcements and verify international documents.
  • •Assist passengers with special assistance, non-ambulatory passengers, and unaccompanied minors; respond and assist during security and/or emergency situations.

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred: working knowledge of Sabre (or another Passenger Service System) and prior face-to-face customer service experience.
