Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct reserve-based lending (RBL) valuations, including due diligence to validate prudent assumptions using past performance, industry trends, and peer performance.
  • •Obtain and analyze engineering evaluation data from customer engineering and financial personnel to determine validity, accuracy, and reserve estimates.
  • •Prepare evaluation memos summarizing risk assessment, technical staff quality, and collateral characteristics, and communicate results to the loan committee.
  • •Support marketing and new business by assisting outside calls with relationship managers and screening potential new loans for viability.
  • •Collaborate on inherent risks and value determination methods, provide input to commodity price assumption assessments, and recommend improvements to engineering software and hardware.
