Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the key technical point of contact for our most strategic customers
  • •Own the discovery process to uncover business objectives and customer technical requirements, and run technical demonstrations and proofs of concept
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless customer outcomes
  • •Contribute to internal knowledge and technical excellence
  • •Translate customer requirements into scalable, forward-thinking solutions and ensure customers realize maximum value from the platform

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Specialist role (identity verification, compliance, or fintech experience is a plus)

  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
