•Own end-to-end program management for Value Realization and Annual Product Plan initiatives across multiple platforms and strategic areas.
•Develop and maintain a unified cross-organizational delivery plan, including timelines, dependencies, sequencing, and customer value outcomes.
•Ensure initiative-level Epics and Features in Azure DevOps meet Definition of Ready standards to support clear execution and ongoing readiness.
•Translate strategic objectives into actionable execution plans across Product Management, Architecture, UX, domain experts, and delivery teams; manage cross-functional dependencies and remove barriers.
•Provide compelling stakeholder updates (demos, readiness reviews, checkpoints), surface risks early, and support continuous improvement and customer engagement.
