Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Manufacturing Engineering functions through industrialization of new and existing products using Lean concepts (continuous flow, pull, error proofing).
  • •Initiate, analyze, and follow projects to completion within assigned areas of responsibility.
  • •Design and implement Lean Continuous Flow assembly lines to reduce cycle time, improve efficiency, and simplify work content.
  • •Lead and support Kaizen and Rapid Improvement events with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvements.
  • •Perform Lean analyses (time studies, setup reduction, capability studies, waste walks, 5S audits) and support Manufacturing Engineering processes (standard work, change verification, operator training).

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree completed (or completing May 2026).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Working knowledge of problem solving and quality techniques.
  • •1+ years’ experience using AutoCAD (2D or 3D) or similar modeling tools.
  • •Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the work location will be considered (Active-Duty Military Service members are exempt).
