Job Summary

Work as a seasoned Business Analyst liaison between stakeholders and technology teams to translate complex business, process, and systems problems into actionable requirements and solutions. Analyze, transform, and resolve issues using technology, deliver business projects aligned to sponsor needs and enterprise architecture, and support enhanced services and platforms end-to-end. Maintain operational gap documentation, assist service issue resolution, and ensure clear communication and escalations when deliverables are at risk.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a bridge between business problems and technology solutions.
•Gather requirements and define solutions to address business, process, information, and systems issues, improvements, or change.
•Deliver business projects in line with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture.
•Develop and deploy enhanced services and platforms from definition through build and deployment.
•Identify and document operational gaps (e.g., user guides, templates, test cases, and user training) and assist with service issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Information Technology, or related field.
•Project management certification would be advantageous.
•Professional Business Analysis certification is preferred.
•IIBA Membership required.
•Relevant technology certifications (such as ITIL) required.
