Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a program manager, project manager, or technical lead directing teams on major dams and hydropower projects and programs.
  • •Lead the pursuit of major dam and hydropower projects, including proposals and client engagement across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
  • •Support senior leaders with business strategy development based on market trends and identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • •Lead client-facing activities to develop business with existing clients and win work with new clients.
  • •Coordinate strategies and capture plans for major pursuits, aligning business development strategy and technical capabilities with internal leaders and teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Master's (MS) or Doctorate (PhD) in Engineering, with Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, or related background preferred.
  • •Extensive, proven knowledge of dams and hydropower markets, trends, and clients.
  • •15+ years of dams and hydropower industry technical and leadership experience.
  • •5+ years leading projects, client accounts, or business development initiatives.
