Job Summary

Lead major dams and hydropower projects as a senior program/project/technical lead, directing multidisciplinary teams through successful delivery and client-focused execution. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a program manager, project manager, or technical lead directing teams on major dams and hydropower projects and programs.
•Lead the pursuit of major dam and hydropower projects, including proposals and client engagement across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest.
•Support senior leaders with business strategy development based on market trends and identify and pursue growth opportunities.
•Lead client-facing activities to develop business with existing clients and win work with new clients.
•Coordinate strategies and capture plans for major pursuits, aligning business development strategy and technical capabilities with internal leaders and teams.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 180,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of experience (or demonstrated equivalency).

•15+ years of dams and hydropower industry technical and leadership experience.
•5+ years leading projects, client accounts, or business development initiatives.
