Job Summary

Drive change management across the Consumer Bank by strengthening how initiatives are communicated, sequenced, deployed, adopted, and sustained. Embed practical change management disciplines into delivery and operating model work, align teams across Product, Technology, PMO, and Operations, and define lightweight standards and feedback loops. Measure adoption, readiness, and effectiveness with indicators and leadership reporting to connect change activity to employee experience and business outcomes.

•Embed the Product Operating Model into delivery and translate standards and roles into day-to-day team execution.
•Define lightweight change management standards, tools, and routines including readiness planning, communications, adoption support, and post-launch reinforcement.
•Integrate change management practices into delivery processes; partner on capacity management and prioritize/phase change sequencing.
•Manage change sequencing, capacity, and saturation by assessing timing, audience overlap, dependencies, and cumulative impact to reduce change fatigue.
•Measure adoption, readiness, and effectiveness; provide leadership reporting connecting outcomes to employee experience, delivery effectiveness, and business outcomes.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

•3–5+ years leading change for complex, cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk/Controls, PMO, or business teams.
•Demonstrated experience with change impact assessment, readiness planning, stakeholder engagement, change sequencing, and data-driven adoption measurement.
