Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and execute sales and marketing strategy to meet penetration, cross-sell, revenue, and client acquisition goals.
  • •Lead prospecting for new client acquisitions and partner with Relationship Managers on strategic deal conversations.
  • •Serve as trusted advisor for cash management needs, identifying client needs and providing solutions to develop, manage, and retain profitable relationships.
  • •Manage an assigned portfolio to deepen relationships by proactively identifying integrated solutions to unmet needs; maintain networks with Centers of Influence (COIs).
  • •Prepare sales presentations and relationship/business process reviews, host external speaker series and seminars, and represent Key at conferences and events; keep sales activities recorded in Salesforce.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years payments/treasury, cash management consultative sales, or selling FinTech solutions (e.g., A/R and A/P automation, tax automation, expense management).
  • •Experience selling to large corporate clients ($250MM+).
  • •Strong sales skills with a proven track record.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics) or Technical Sciences (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics) (preferred).
  • •Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite and deliver ROI/value propositions through consultative solution selling.
