Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Customer Data Owner to define and continuously refine the vision for analytics products aligned with enterprise analytics strategy and business priorities.
•Support ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI in production environments under a 24×7 rotating shift model.
•Perform advanced troubleshooting across supported data platforms and restore service using reruns, restarts, backfills, and rollbacks.
•Conduct data validation and reconciliation to confirm recovery and apply temporary mitigations to stabilize production workloads.
•Escalate to L3 only when an engineering change is required, providing diagnostic information, impact assessment, and remediation attempts.

Key Requirements

•Support analytics data platforms in production environments, including ADF, Azure SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, and PBI.

•Continuously improve production reliability by reducing repeat incidents and alert noise.
•Perform advanced troubleshooting and execute reruns, restarts, backfills, and rollbacks to restore service.
