Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of engineers across front-end, back-end, and ML.
  • •Drive development of AI/LLM-based solutions and leverage next-generation AI technologies.
  • •Collaborate with customers to deploy solutions into their tech stack and lead technical discussions.
  • •Define and implement best practices for AI model development and deployment.
  • •Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets; stay current with AI research and industry trends.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in AI/ML/Software engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • •Proven experience delivering complex AI projects end-to-end.
  • •Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLM architectures and agentic AI (e.g., Transformer-based models, Langgraph), plus programming skills in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
