Key Responsibilities

  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, LOIs, lease agreements, and service agreements).
  • •Lead negotiations for high-value outsourcing and professional services contracts with multinational customers in the US, EU, and UK.
  • •Draft and negotiate professional services, teaming, software development, software licensing, SaaS, and technology-related agreements with vendors and suppliers for Egypt and Dubai.
  • •Provide day-to-day legal support for Egypt and Dubai/UAE operations across commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters.
  • •Advise on corporate, board, and secretarial matters (board resolutions and corporate compliance), partnering with cross-functional teams and supporting business expansion across the Middle East region.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree and qualification/admission to practice in Egypt.
  • •5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in BPO, outsourcing, consulting, technology, or service industries.
  • •Written and spoken fluency in English and Arabic (minimum C2 level).
  • •Strong multinational experience across commercial contracts, services agreements, outsourcing, professional services, software development, and licensing transactions.
  • •Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, including drafting in English and communicating effectively via conference calls and emails.
