Thermal Development Technician (Starship)

The role supports SpaceX’s Thermal Protection Systems team by manufacturing and processing ceramic-based heat shield components for Starship, including tiles, billets, and coatings. You’ll work across laminate fabrication, vacuum bagging, and equipment operations with a focus on precise documentation, inspection, and collaboration with engineers to ensure robust thermal protection for atmospheric entry.
