Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a high-performing team delivering Finance change across NFR policy, procedures, and Helios.
  • •Act as Finance’s primary liaison to ERM for NFR change, governance, and implementation updates.
  • •Lead Finance 1LOD NFR change including impact assessment, rollout planning, communications, training, and BAU embedding.
  • •Own Finance Strategic Execution Risk, including RCA oversight, MI, governance updates, and thematic risk management.
  • •Lead deep-dives into material issues/incidents, coordinate NPDD risk activity, and drive transformation through AI/automation to reduce manual effort and create capacity.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven Finance risk and controls experience in a large financial services organization, including RCA ownership, SOX, issues/actions management, and senior governance reporting.
  • •Strong knowledge of Accounting and Reconciliations and financial/regulatory/treasury reporting, with practical understanding of end-to-end Finance control points.
  • •Experience implementing and embedding policy/procedure or control framework change across Finance, including adoption tracking and audit-ready evidence.
  • •Working knowledge of Helios (or an equivalent GRC platform) for controls, issues, and MI, with strong data quality and governance discipline.
  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver automation/MI simplification that reduces manual effort and improves insight.
