Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the overall preparation of the assigned systems and ensure performance (AVL, Productivity, Cost) of multiple EUV systems.
  • •Handle performance issue intake, communicate solutions, follow up, and prepare postmortems.
  • •Manage all pending items and backlog actions per machine, prioritizing backlog actions.
  • •Coordinate issue escalation for USD2SD/XLD and report system status and progress.
  • •Prepare and manage System PM, KPI administration, and ensure secure closure of actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor or Master degree in engineering with at least 5+ years of proven experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • •Good communication skills in English, with internal and external customers.
  • •Experience with EUV systems and strong technical background to support problem solving and escalation.
  • •Proficiency with Power BI and Microsoft Excel & PPT; MATLAB is a plus.
  • •Ability to manage system preparation, PMs, KPIs, and backlog actions across multiple machines.
