•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize revenue, margin, and market share across bus sales and fleet solutions.
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities across municipal, school district, commercial fleet, and private transportation sectors.
•Lead account growth strategies for existing customers, including vehicle replacement cycles, expansion opportunities, and contract renewals.
•Drive adoption of leasing, maintenance management, and bundled service offerings to support long-term customer relationships.
•Oversee inventory strategy and pipeline management for bus products, ensuring alignment with market demand and financial targets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 101,500 - 169,100 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience in a related field (or an acceptable alternative combination as detailed in the job description).
•3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
•Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a complex, solution-based sales environment.
•Strong understanding of fleet operations, vehicle lifecycle management, and transportation industry dynamics.
•Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
