Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for new Personal Lines clients and conduct coverage reviews to ensure complete asset protection.
  • •Partner with sales producers to gather underwriting information, submit applications to carriers and MGAs, and track quotes through binder issuance.
  • •Maintain organized pipeline stages within InsuredMine and enter accurate client information, coverage notes, and documentation into NowCerts.
  • •Communicate directly with insurance carriers to resolve underwriting questions, secure competitive pricing, and monitor policies through issuance.
  • •Issue policy endorsements, certificates/evidence of insurance, and binders while maintaining strict compliance with agency procedures and applicable state regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 40,000 - 60,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year of experience in insurance account management or customer service, with personal lines experience strongly preferred.
  • •Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required (Texas license preferred or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • •Experience with Agency Management Systems (AMS) such as NowCerts and CRM platforms such as InsuredMine, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • •Excellent communication and attention to detail, including carrier rating knowledge and strong multitasking/active listening skills.
