Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions, taking architecture decisions through production handoff for strategic customers.
  • •Design and ship agentic systems on Agentforce, including agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • •Manage the data lifecycle for AI applications, including model design, processing pipelines, and data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms.
  • •Resolve technical blockers across data integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance regressions, and build proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly.
  • •Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions, and surface field insights to Product and Engineering to shape the Agentforce roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience with proven end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Expertise in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and familiarity with the others.
  • •Experience integrating LLMs into production and using frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex, including prompt engineering and responsible AI practices.
  • •Deep experience with data modeling, processing, and analytics across platforms such as Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, or Databricks, plus Salesforce platform expertise (Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, Salesforce APIs).
