Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily logistics and dispatch operations for the Jeddah region, supervising the regional operations team and coordinating with central teams in Riyadh.
  • •Oversee the full delivery lifecycle on the BRKZ platform (BOB): scheduling, transporter/vehicle assignment, delivery closing, and document accuracy for high-volume bulk cement orders.
  • •Manage high-volume bulk cement logistics (including multi-truck orders and quantity splitting) and ensure deliveries are assigned promptly to avoid delays.
  • •Drive process optimization by analyzing workflows, implementing SOPs and operational guidelines, and championing new tools/automation such as unified delivery schedules and AI-assisted workflows.
  • •Monitor KPIs, generate operational performance reports using dashboards (e.g., Metabase), forecast demand/resource needs, and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of experience in operations, preferably logistics/supply chain, with strong construction/building materials experience.
  • •Proven leadership and team management skills, ideally managing distributed field teams.

  • •Knowledge of KSA transport regulations and permits (e.g., Fasah) and the Western Province logistics landscape.
