Key Responsibilities

•Own hiring strategy, execution, and tracking for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain org, building the annual delivery plan and closing critical searches.
•Lead and scale a talent acquisition function across manufacturing, supply chain, and industrial operations business units.
•Partner with senior hiring managers to forecast headcount, map talent needs, and align hiring to business objectives.
•Build, mentor, and manage a team of TA Partners, Sourcers, and Coordinators with clear direction and performance accountability.
•Design hiring processes and recruiting infrastructure (ATS workflows, interview rubrics, calibration) that balance speed and candidate quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 250,000 annually
