Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, improve, implement, monitor, and maintain quality systems to ensure regulatory compliance and customer requirements.
  • •Lead corrective action and CAPA, including review of quality failures, dispositioning nonconforming materials, and leading root-cause investigations.
  • •Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing; manage analysis and distribution of testing data; ensure lab and equipment maintenance and calibration.
  • •Manage the customer complaint program and formulate corrective measures; serve as a technical liaison between quality and operations.
  • •Serve as Management Representative for audits, provide leadership to the quality team, and support continuous improvement and new product/process introductions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience in quality within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Extensive hands-on experience implementing and maintaining quality system and food safety system standards.

  • •In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical, pharmaceutical, and food packaging products.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (or equivalent experience).
