Job Summary

Lead plant quality systems to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements for food, medical, and pharmaceutical packaging. Own corrective actions and CAPA, oversee testing and lab maintenance, and guide nonconformity reviews through root-cause investigations. Serve as a technical resource and Management Representative for audits, partner with Operations/Technical/R&D on new processes, and drive continuous improvement across quality, HACCP, GMP, and related programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, improve, implement, monitor, and maintain quality systems to ensure regulatory compliance and customer requirements.
•Lead corrective action and CAPA, including review of quality failures, dispositioning nonconforming materials, and leading root-cause investigations.
•Oversee raw material, in-process, and finished product testing; manage analysis and distribution of testing data; ensure lab and equipment maintenance and calibration.
•Manage the customer complaint program and formulate corrective measures; serve as a technical liaison between quality and operations.
•Serve as Management Representative for audits, provide leadership to the quality team, and support continuous improvement and new product/process introductions.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant experience in quality within a manufacturing environment.

•In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical, pharmaceutical, and food packaging products.
•Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering (or equivalent experience).
