Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise OSP/ISP, fiber optic, and communications closet engineers and technicians, ensuring integrated engineering across disciplines.
  • •Manage agency and subcontractor labor, including daily direction, quality assurance, performance oversight, and conflict resolution.
  • •Serve as primary engineering liaison to government POCs and base stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate base access, security requirements, installation schedules, materials, and personnel deployment.
  • •Validate and lead engineering deliverables and design reviews, planning sessions, and risk mitigation for DS workstreams.
