Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Security by Design and Secure-SDLC initiatives across application launches, automated workflows, and emerging AI tools from ideation to deployment.
  • •Adopt and leverage internal enterprise AI tools and LLMs to automate program tracking, streamline documentation, and optimize cross-functional security workflows.
  • •Coordinate the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle with Product, SRE, and Software Engineering to prioritize, track, and remediate technical risks.
  • •Oversee complex security assessments and regulatory audits to ensure continuous readiness for PCI-DSS, SOX, SOC 1, and SOC 2 frameworks.
  • •Establish and communicate the security engineering program roadmap, including project charters, timelines, success metrics, and Definition of Done.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of progressive Technical Program Management experience driving complex Information Security, Application Security, or Cyber Risk initiatives.
  • •Extensive experience in Financial Services and the global Payments industry, including financial platform mechanics and payment transaction lifecycles.
  • •Proven experience managing end-to-end audits for PCI-DSS (v4.0), SOX, SOC 1, and SOC 2, with strong familiarity with standards like DORA.
  • •Working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure), Secure-SDLC engineering pipelines, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, and automated enterprise vulnerability management.
