Job Summary

Monitor and manage electronic deposit and image exchange processing for high-value check image cash letters, ensuring timely inbound and outbound transmission and reconciliation. Own end-of-day production functions, execute technical and manual controls to minimize risk, and provide KPI reporting and dashboards. Serve as a subject matter expert for customers and internal teams, troubleshoot system/production issues, and support testing and implementation of application enhancements while following bank policies and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate execution of inbound and outbound image processing functions, including monitoring high-value check files and processing/keying image exchange files within SLAs.
•Create and distribute management reporting, including departmental KPIs, metrics, and dashboards.
•Perform highly technical end-of-day system functions (e.g., server shutdowns, end-of-day checklists, and maintenance) and execute controls to minimize risk.
•Coordinate outbound high-value image cash letter activity with external partners/customers and work with IT to resolve complex transmission issues.
•Troubleshoot system and production issues/delays, resolve incidents, escalate high-level issues, and support process improvements, documentation, and testing/implementation of new applications or enhancements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum 5 years of banking operations experience.
•Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
•Knowledge and experience with mainframe and server-based production applications, including ability to identify, analyze, and troubleshoot production issues.
•Proficient in Microsoft desktop applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
