Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the design and implementation of end-to-end reconciliations for new and existing products and funds flows.
  • •Develop and maintain data transformations, enrichment logic, and matching rules across internal and external systems.
  • •Monitor and investigate reconciliation exceptions, leading root-cause analysis and coordinating with Product, Engineering, Finance, and banking partners to resolve issues.
  • •Build monitoring, alerting, and reporting to surface reconciliation risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Define reconciliation requirements and technical specifications for new funds flows, and partner with Accounting for month-end close and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years working with complex transactional and financial data in fintech or financial services, including reconciliation, settlement, payment operations, and accounting.
  • •Working knowledge of banking payment rails and card networks (e.g., ACH, wire transfers, RTP, FedNow, Visa, Mastercard) and transaction flows/exception handling.
  • •Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience building and maintaining data transformation pipelines (e.g., dbt).
  • •Strong analytical skills investigating and resolving complex financial data discrepancies.
  • •Familiarity with reconciliation/matching tools (e.g., Blackline) and experience building monitoring or BI dashboards (e.g., Omni, Looker, Tableau).
