Job Summary

Partner with leaders and teams in the Film organization as a strategic HR leader. Provide guidance, coaching, and thought partnership to support a cohesive talent strategy—covering organization design, compensation, employee development, talent density, and inclusion. Lead implementation of talent initiatives across culture building, organizational development, talent management, and diversity, while using quantitative and qualitative insights to influence business decisions and drive operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of progressive, strategic, and well-rounded HR experience, with a proven ability and interest in hands-on work.
•5+ years of Film industry experience and/or experience supporting film teams in studios and related environments.
•Experience supporting Film teams as an HR business partner.
•Strong ability to develop highly effective leaders and build strong teams with empathy in a global, diverse workforce.
•Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, using data to identify insights and business opportunities while influencing stakeholders.
