Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform attorney-level trademark prosecution, including clearance analysis, filing strategy, and drafting USPTO Office Action responses.
  • •Review advertising and marketing claims for legal compliance across multiple brands, including packaging, promotions, and campaigns.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate IP and advertising agreements, and advise on advertising/marketing and IP laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • •Support education and training for business teams on trademark use, advertising compliance, and related legal requirements.
  • •Support patent prosecution by coordinating, conducting substantive analysis, and managing outside counsel.

Key Requirements
