Key Responsibilities

  • •Review daily transactions and activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the system.
  • •Ensure financial transactions are properly authorized and aligned with approved budgets, while maintaining and enhancing internal controls.
  • •Manage inter-station monthly reconciliations and oversee timely processing of related payments.
  • •Support monthly financial close procedures, reporting requirements, and accurate recording/allocation of accounts receivable invoices and incoming payments.
  • •Coordinate with auditors, resolve supplier queries, and prepare financial and accounting reports for management while setting KPIs and reviewing direct reports.
