Senior Lease Accountant

Support Finance Shared Services Asset Management as a Senior Lease Accountant, owning month-end close and financial reporting for leased assets under ASC 842. You’ll maintain lease compliance, review contracts, calculate key lease terms, record right-of-use accounting entries, and process lease changes. The role includes reconciling complex accounts, preparing GAAP-based reports for senior management, providing technical accounting guidance, and coaching less-experienced accountants within a hybrid corporate office setting.
