Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to the design from the onset of a project, delivering innovative design solutions that meet client goals and design excellence.
  • •Perform material and building system research and partake in coordination and preparation of project specifications.
  • •Ensure CDM Safety in Design.
  • •Organise own and technical staff to achieve deadlines and ensure projects meet the Design Brief and Client requirements.
  • •Coordinate multi-disciplinary design documentation to ensure accuracy and quality in line with AECOM Technical Excellence standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficient in Revit.
  • •Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe and Microsoft Office Programmes.
  • •Understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements and processes.
  • •Experience with BREEAM/DREAM (desirable).
  • •Excellent understanding of the English and Scottish Building Regulations.
