Job Summary

Senior Architect role in Glasgow leading multi-disciplinary architectural teams on large-scale projects across UK and Europe. You’ll contribute to design from early stages, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensure compliance with UK and Scotland Building Regulations, and drive technical excellence using BIM Level 2, Revit, AutoCAD and related tools within a collaborative, innovative practice.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the design from the onset of a project, delivering innovative design solutions that meet client goals and design excellence.
•Perform material and building system research and partake in coordination and preparation of project specifications.
•Ensure CDM Safety in Design.
•Organise own and technical staff to achieve deadlines and ensure projects meet the Design Brief and Client requirements.
•Coordinate multi-disciplinary design documentation to ensure accuracy and quality in line with AECOM Technical Excellence standards.

Key Requirements

•Proficient in Revit.
•Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe and Microsoft Office Programmes.
•Understanding of BIM Level 2 requirements and processes.
•Experience with BREEAM/DREAM (desirable).
•Excellent understanding of the English and Scottish Building Regulations.
