Lead and motivate a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while partnering with the Store Manager to drive store profitability. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility. Support sales performance against KPIs, coach team members, supervise daily operations, and ensure compliance with company standards. Maintain visual merchandising and replenishment, manage inventory receiving/shipping, and help recruit, train, and develop high-caliber talent.
