Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect orchestration layers for multi-agent systems that reliably collaborate and execute complex tasks.
  • •Implement automated governance with policy engines and guardrails for safe autonomous operation.
  • •Engineer semantic context and memory (knowledge graphs/vector stores) to give agents deep understanding of the codebase and business intent.
  • •Build rigorous evaluation frameworks and testing harnesses to validate agentic outputs deterministically.
  • •Prototype and deploy agentic tools and self-healing loops to production using observability and automated remediation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 320,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Ship products and understand the difference between prototypes and user-reliant products.
  • •Build with an agent actively (you built one recently and are building now).
  • •Have strong software engineering skills and love automating your own work.
  • •Understand and apply AI models to production systems, including multi-agent coordination and emergent behavior.
  • •Have experience building simulation/rules/validation logic for autonomous agents or reliability/infrastructure automation with strong observability and reliability instincts.
