Inside Sales Associate

Support walk-in and phone customers by building relationships, identifying needs, and ensuring a smooth inside sales process. Process and distribute customer products, handle questions and complaints, and perform accurate sales-order data entry to generate invoices and secure payment or credit authorization. Evaluate warranty dispositions, estimate delivery dates using vendor schedules, and assist with receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties.
