Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform timely research, development, and robust product pricing of new annuity solutions.
  • •Develop pricing models and risk analyses for new product ideas and modifications using MG-ALFA or other modeling actuarial projection software.
  • •Implement best practices in pricing methods, automation, organization, and documentation to improve product development efficiency and quality.
  • •Collaborate with Product Implementation and Pricing teams to set rates and incorporate new products into product management processes.
  • •Support product development activities including state & prospectus filing, admin system testing, operations, marketing, and sales illustration.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Actuarial Science and at least 1 year of experience in the annuity/life insurance industry (product development experience a plus).
  • •Successfully completed 2+ actuarial exams, with Actuarial Mathematics exam(s) strongly preferred.
  • •Strong analytical skills to price products, troubleshoot, and work independently to find solutions.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and listening) with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Strong organization and accountability for execution, delivery of results, and teamwork.
