Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate liaison and network between insurance companies regarding eligibility, payments, approvals, reconciliation, and claim requirements.
  • •Send pre-authorizations to insurance companies and track/follow up on them in a timely manner.
  • •File primary and secondary insurance claims in a timely manner and prepare/mail letters for outstanding claims with necessary communications.
  • •Process statements as scheduled by the manager and follow up on unpaid/delinquent claims, including monthly delinquent claims reports.
  • •Assist individuals with account questions, maintain confidentiality, stay updated via insurance seminars and bulletins, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •3 years total job experience (including 1 year on-job and 1 year in GCC).
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of insurance principles, practices, and related legislation applied to insurance policies and practices.
  • •Ability to accurately correspond with patients verbally and via email, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • •Organizational, prioritization, time management, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction evaluation skills.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required (or strongly preferred).
