Job Summary

Support venue operations at Leader Bank Pavilion by handling event set up and break down, assisting with maintenance and repairs, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for guests. Work closely with the Facilities Manager, help winterize/de-winterize the seasonal venue, support venue gardens and light landscaping, and provide guest service including responding to inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Live Nation and Leader Bank Pavilion to visitors, business partners, and artists in a professional manner.
•Set up venue furniture and signage for concerts and private events, adapting to client/artist needs and weather.
•Assist with ongoing maintenance, including repairing chairs, painting, and other projects assigned by the Facilities Manager.
•Maintain clean, orderly work areas and comply with safety regulations throughout venue duties.
•Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to inquiries and complaints; uphold venue policies and escalate concerns as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent experience.
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•Background in maintenance (ability to use hand tools preferred).
•Reliable transportation to and from work during late night and early morning hours.
•Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing for long periods, setting up furniture).
