Job Summary

Manage day-to-day technical and housekeeping operations across MAF Entertainment facilities. Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to conduct site visits, maintenance, inspections, and bi-annual technical audits. Oversee project specifications and design reviews with the Facilities Manager, source and schedule materials, and maintain fixed-asset and maintenance registers. Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance plans, health and safety requirements, and contract execution, including energy-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage day-to-day technical and housekeeping operations across facilities.
•Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors for site visits, maintenance, inspections, and audits, and close snags.
•Manage project specifications and technical data, and coordinate formal design reviews with the Facilities Manager.
•Source, schedule, and appraise materials; monitor labor allocation and adjust resources with cinema teams and subcontractors.
•Maintain fixed-asset/as-built and maintenance registers, ensure compliance with preventive maintenance plans, and support health & safety practices and emergency information.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute; additional maintenance certification is a plus.
•Minimum 3–5+ years in Facilities Management (FM), MEP, and engineering activities, with knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
•Ability to deliver soft facilities management services and oversee day-to-day technical operations.
•Proven ability to achieve goals, manage key business relations, and provide leadership as part of the executive management team.
•Strong oral and written communication skills for dealing with employees at senior levels effectively.
