Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee personnel files in accordance with company policy, Army contract requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • •Prepare HR forms/reports and personnel action requests (PARs), and support tracking of employee assignments and rotations.
  • •Process new hire documentation including Systems Access Requests and documents required to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • •Manage time and attendance: timekeeping compliance, process time-off requests, overtime authorizations, shift adjustments, and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Support compliance, audits, reporting, and payroll-related documentation/reconciliations, and assist with travel processes (M&IE advances, reimbursements, and logistics).

Key Requirements

  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier 1/NACI (Public Trust) background eligibility.
  • •3–5 years of administrative or personnel support experience, preferably with military contractor or Army site experience.
  • •Experience with personnel recordkeeping and compliance requirements, including understanding labor regulations (FLSA, EEO, FMLA) and applicable FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • •Timekeeper experience, preferably Deltek T&E, plus basic knowledge of payroll processes and employee pay inquiries.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and strong organizational/data entry skills with attention to detail.
