Lead internal events such as town halls, leadership forums, and roadshows, and support external social and media communications when needed. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with senior leaders and the communications team to deliver clear, engaging, high-impact communications supporting business priorities and colleague understanding.
•Develop and deliver communication strategies aligned to business goals with senior stakeholders.
•Translate complex topics into clear, engaging content across digital, face-to-face, and video channels.
•Lead and support internal events such as town halls, leadership forums, and roadshows.
•Review and continuously improve communication channels using feedback and insight; collaborate globally to align messaging and delivery.

•Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills to engage different audiences.

•Experience using a range of communication channels and formats.
