Operate and disassemble food production equipment (e.g., blenders, cookers, fryers, mixers, and packing machines) to clean and sanitize work areas. Prepare equipment for inspection and start-up while following food safety practices, USDA and Quality Control regulations, and company policies. Maintain a neat, orderly workspace, use chemical cleaners and high-pressure hoses, and coordinate with other departments to keep downtime efficiently utilized.
