Job Summary

Own the foundational platform layer that enables Ripple Treasury product pods to move quickly. Define and maintain the canonical data model, lead platform-wide identity, authentication, and RBAC, and drive cross-product user unification. Establish navigation architecture and Home Portal experience standards, and set platform experience requirements (API contracts, schema governance, authentication patterns, and integration protocols) so teams can deliver unblocked on top of your platform.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and maintain the canonical data model for Ripple Treasury (counterparties, instruments, accounts, users) as the source of truth for solution pods.
•Lead the platform-wide identity and authorizing engine, including user authentication, role-based access control, licensing enforcement, and enterprise client configuration.
•Drive cross-product user unification by defining architecture, owning the roadmap, and delivering the integration.
•Define navigation architecture and Home Portal experience (L1/L2/L3 navigation structure and unified platform home experience).
•Set and maintain platform experience standards for pods, including API contracts, schema governance, authentication patterns, and integration protocols.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years owning a platform infrastructure, identity/authentication, or developer platform product in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
•Demonstrated track record shipping platform capabilities that accelerated dependent team velocity.
•Deep familiarity with identity and access management (authentication, RBAC, authorizing, licensing), canonical data modeling principles, and platform API development.
•Experience translating platform experience trade-offs into clear product requirements for engineering and product leadership audiences.
•Relevant experience leading cross-product or post-acquisition integration work.
