Key Responsibilities

  • •Be independently responsible for the development, analysis and completion of various proposal types, including highly complex ones
  • •Lead or contribute to pricing strategy development, considering customer concerns, future work, affordability, risks and opportunities
  • •Collaborate with multiple functions to understand and evaluate labor, material and other direct costs for proposed contracts
  • •Utilize company estimating and pricing programs and tools to prepare accurate estimates
  • •Develop detailed Requests for Estimates and Basis of Estimates, tracking progress and ensuring consistency across programs

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years experience
  • •Experience with proposal development, price buildup, and/or estimating and pricing processes
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date; U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and related tools
