•Lead and contribute to delivery of ground engineering projects in the UK, ensuring adherence to technical standards
•Contribute to concept-to-operation development and provide engineering and construction solutions for major rail and transit projects
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sectors (energy, rail, highways, water, development) to provide analytical and strategic expertise
•Mentor and lead teams to deliver sustainable and innovative geotechnical solutions
•Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and drive project success

Key Requirements

•Degree (BSc or MSc) in Geotechnical Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field

•Proven leadership experience in similar roles, appropriate to your level
•Willingness to travel throughout the UK
