Key Responsibilities

•Provide design and engineering support for CNS sustainment products, with opportunities to contribute to new product development.
•Design, analyze, and optimize analog, digital, and RF circuits for high-performance avionics applications.
•Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams—including power, digital, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing—to deliver integrated solutions.
•Perform schematic capture, PCB layout coordination, and design documentation.
•Support transition-to-production activities and provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for production teams.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or advanced degree with relevant experience (minimum 5 years or 3 years with advanced degree)

•Demonstrated experience in analog, digital, and RF circuit design
•Proficiency with troubleshooting, analysis, and test in electrical engineering fundamentals
•Hands-on experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters) and schematic capture tools
