Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure required asset markings/tagging and unique record identification for installed assets, including production and spare assets.
  • •Implement asset management for hardware and software, including updating the SW Warranty Tracker, licenses, and associated records in TENM.
  • •Maintain IUID tags and upload records into PIEE.
  • •Track government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from acquisition through disposition in accordance with contract requirements.
  • •Perform contractual/governmental/internal asset management reporting and conduct monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.
