•Sell: Meet homeowners on scheduled service calls, build trust quickly, explain options clearly, and close repair or upgrade sales.
•Repair: Replace springs, rollers, motors and other door components; install keypads, run wiring, and adjust equipment for proper function.
•Serve: Deliver an outstanding customer experience that earns repeat and referral business; collect payments and document each job.
•Collaborate with customers to recommend the right solutions and then perform the repair yourself.
•Contribute to a high-performing team by delivering quality work and maintaining tools and materials for each job.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 150,000 annually
