Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for the Sales Technology Portfolio, evaluating portfolio health, alignment, and business value realization.
  • •Partner with senior business and technology leadership to translate strategy into technology roadmaps, delivery commitments, and execution plans.
  • •Maintain comprehensive portfolio oversight with regular executive dashboards, status visibility, and risk assessments.
  • •Direct integrated delivery of large-scale, multi-track technology programs across the Sales ecosystem, ensuring commitments are met.
  • •Guide and mentor matrixed program and delivery leaders, acting as escalation point for delivery friction and systemic impediments.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 182,000 - 326,700 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive project and program management experience delivering complex enterprise technology programs and managing Sales/GTM technology portfolios.
  • •Hands-on delivery experience with major packaged enterprise applications (e.g., Salesforce Enterprise, Revenue Cloud, CPQ, SAP) and custom/homegrown software.
  • •Expert knowledge of software delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, Hybrid) and delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project).
  • •Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams through indirect authority and matrix management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred); PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred.
