Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare standard and ad hoc reports for Sector Leadership analyzing business results versus plan, previous forecast, and prior year.
  • •Support the monthly financial reporting process with high-quality, timely, and accurate information to Sector Leadership.
  • •Work with Electrical groups/divisions to gather insights on results and summarize findings for Sector Leadership.
  • •Produce accurate quarter-end analyses (orders, backlog, end market information) used by CEO/CFO during external earnings release.
  • •Support ad hoc presentations and annual Electrical sector profit plan preparation, including consolidating reports and supporting CEO/CFO review.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • •Minimum 9-12 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
  • •Finance/accounting background with varied business experience and knowledge of corporate/business structures and financial performance metrics
  • •Proficiency in Oracle (preferred) and Microsoft Office for financial reporting
  • •Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and meet tight deadlines while maintaining data integrity
