Lead and coordinate strategic growth initiatives for RTX in the UAE by aligning UAE Air Force needs with RTX capabilities, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and guiding cross-functional teams across defense markets. Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to the UAE Air Force, representing RAY at senior levels including Air Force leadership and MOD
•Build strong customer relationships and align UAE AF operational needs with RAY capabilities
•Lead engagement with UAE AF, U.S. Embassy, and internal SBUs as the voice of the customer
•Develop and support marketing strategies, engagement plans, and growth opportunities
•Coordinate across SBUs and functions to deliver integrated, cost-effective solutions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) and minimum 10 years in Business Development of Defense Sales, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 7 years experience
•Good understanding of the regional defense industrial base, geopolitical environment, and local cultural customs and norms
•Ability to leverage customer knowledge and market insights to identify growth opportunities in the UAE
•Supports development and execution of strategies related to business growth, program management, and product lines
•Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across internal teams and external partners
